Firmware V1.53

WAZER Firmware refers to the software code that is onboard WAZER, embedded within the Controller. The firmware controls all of WAZER’s actions, including gantry movement, water and abrasive flow and maintenance procedures.

WAZER’S FIRMWARE WILL NOT UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY!  Refer to the Updating the Firmware article for instructions on how to make this highly recommended update.

Bug Fixes

Motor cutoff: This fix cuts off power to the motor after a cancel cut and jog. 

Config files to flash: Machine specific variables in config files are moved to the firmware from the config file for safety.(update config file required). 

Restart cut: This implementation fixes the machine freeze when trying to restart cut.

Resume cut: This implementation fixes the machine freeze when trying to resume cut.

High-pressure valve bug during nozzle purge: This implementation fixes the high-pressure valve being open when trying to purge nozzle.
