Install Gas Spring
Gas Springs, or Gas Structs are disconnected from the machine frame during transportation. This is done to relief the door window of prolonged stress from the compressed Gas Springs. Upon installation, getting the Gas Springs connected to the machine frame sometimes is the last step before turning on the machine. the whole process takes less than 1 minutes. This page aims to inform you of the proper procedure to connect the Gas Springs.
Procedures
1. After installing the machine to the desired location, you will move on to connect the Gas Springs. Stand in front of the machine, you will see the Door Window is taped up with two strips of tapes in the front and two in the middle.
2. On either of the two middle tapes, you will notice a bag containing two small clips, and an instructional page to remind you to connect the Gas Spring.
3. Remove the two strips of tapes in the front of the machine
4. Raise up the Door Window, you will see the Gas Springs are taped to the backside of the Door Window.
5. Remove the tape holding the Gas Spring
6. Push the Top Socket into the ball joint on the machine frame.
7. Repeat the step 6 on the left side of the machine.
8. Remove the Clips from the bag
9. Insert the clip into the retention holes of the socket. Flip the loop and hook it onto the stem of the socket.
10. Repeat step 9 on the left side of the machine.
11. Your Gas Springs are connected.
Raise the door window and check if the Gas Springs can maintain the Door Window position.
