How to install the sprayer kit
The sprayer kit is a helpful add-on to the WAZER Desktop. It consists of a sprayer with a 2 meter hose, a pressure reducer and a magnetic holder. You can wash the parts, fill the tank, clean the machine easily by using the sprayer. After washing, put the sprayer onto the magnetic holder for safe storage and easy access. Lastly, the optional pressure reducer is there to minimize pressure shock that may degrade the sprayer valve
The following instruction will guide you through the installation. If you have any questions, reach out to support@wazer.com for assistance
Tools Needed
Hose Cutter
Wire cutter
A marker or a pen (optional)
Installation Procedure
1. Extract all the contents from the WAZER Sprayer kit.
You will find the sprayer with 2 meter hose, the magnetic holder, the pressure reducer, and a Push-to-connect Tee fitting
2. By this time you should have the low pressure filter canister installed and input water line arranged. If not, please refer to this page for the filter canister installation instructions
3. We recommend installing the sprayer kit before the filter canister, and after the shut off valve. This way we minimize the use of filtered water, and also allow the shut off valve to shut-off the water into the sprayer in case there is a leak
4. Cut the cable ties that hold the sprayer hose.
5. Estimate if the hose length is enough. The goal is to allow the sprayer to reach all 4 corners of the cut bed without tensioning the hose too much.
6. Put the sprayer kit aside, let’s work on the water input connection. Shut of the water supply, turn the filter canister open to bleed off any residual pressure
7. Disconnect the input hose, Put in the Tee connector into the input fitting. Reconnect the input hose back onto the Tee fitting.
8. Cut a small section of the ⅜ PE water input hose.
9. Connect the pressure reducer onto the small section of hose. Be mindful, the pressure reduce is directional. Put in the small section of hose to the input side of the pressure reducer
10. Connect the fitting on the 2 meter hose to the pressure reducer.
11. Place the magnetic holder to the place of your liking.
12. Turn on the water input, check for any potential leak. If any fitting leaks, close water input valve immediately and address the leak
13. Put the sprayer back to the holder.
In case the water inlet filter canister is too far away from the machine, you may install the Tee connector after the filter canister.
If your water input pressure is too low, you may forgo the pressure reducer.
If you noticed any leaking after some time of use, please refer to this page for the filter canister installation. If the problem persists, please contact customer support at support@wazer.com
