WAZER Main Unit Primary Label

This label warns you of the operation, maintenance, and repair hazards of the WAZER Main Unit. It also contains the necessary technical information about the main unit. Please download the full user manual to refer to the maintenance procedure, or check out the maintenance section for more maintenance information.

The pictogram above means the following:

  • Warning: Entanglement Danger

  • Warning: Electricity

  • Warning: Sever Danger

  • Warning: Heavy Weight (>25kg); Use Proper Lift Techniques

  • No Children Allowed

  • Refer to Instruction Manual

  • Wear Eye Protection

  • Check Guard During Operation

 

WAZER Main Unit Serial Number Label

This label contains certification markings, model number, date of manufacturing and Serial numbers of the main unit. The pictogram means the following:

  • Class III appliance

  • WEEE compliant, do not discard this machine in trash

  • CE compliant

  • RoHS compliant. RoHS directive listed chemicals content are within legal limit

 

Hose Disconnect Warning Label

This label warns the user the danger of disconnecting high pressure hose. It instructs users to follow the correct hose disconnect procedure. The pictogram means the following:

  • Warning: Electricity

  • Do Not Disconnect Water Lines

  • Refer to Instruction Manual

The proper water hose disconnect procedure is as follows:

  • Turn off water input

  • Purge the residual pressure in High-Pressure Hose by selecting Setup & Maintenance > Input and output check > Output > HP valve on the Control Panel.

  • Allow the HP valve check to finish.

  • Turn off WAZER.

  • Disconnect Pump Box and WAZER Power Cables.

  • Disconnect High Pressure Hose.

  • Unplug Water Inlet Hose.

  • Unplug Drain Hose.

 

Hot Surface Label

This label warns users of the existence of the high temperature hazard near its proximity. The pictogram means:

  • Do not touch

  • Warning: Hot Surface

WAZER Pump Box Cover Opening Warning Label

This label warns you of the hazards associated with an improper opening of the WAZER Pump Unit. It also serves to instruct you of the proper opening procedure. The pictogram means the following:

  • Warning: Electricity

  • Warning: Entanglement Danger

  • Refer to Instruction Manual

  • Do Not Open Pump Cover

The proper cover opening procedure is as follows:

  • Turn off the water supply

  • Turn off the WAZER Main Unit

  • Disconnect the pump box power cable and signal cable

  • Loosen the captive screws on the pump box cover.

Electrical Enclosure Warning Label

This label warns you of the residual hazards inside the WAZER Pump Box Electrical Enclosure and instructs for it to not be opened up. The pictogram means the following:

  • Warning: Electricity

  • No Unauthorized Repair Allowed
