High Pressure System Troubleshooting

High Pressure system is the heart of WAZER water jet. Only if the water pressure is maintained above a certain threshold, can the cut be successful. If you have experience any pressure issue, or suffered from a leak, refer to the steps below to locate and address the root cause.

• Conduct a “HP pump“ output check

  • Can the motor turn on?

• Conduct a “Clutch“ output check

  • Is there any sound emitting from the drive train

• conduct several rounds of “nozzle purge“, check the following observation one by one

  • Is the pressure relief valve leaking?

  • Is the needle in the pressure gauge stable?

  • Can the needle of the high pressure gauge climb to the green zone?

  • Is the needle of the high pressure gauge overshooting the green zone?

  • Is the needle of the low pressure gauge stable?

  • Can the needle of the low pressure gauge stays in the green zone?

  • Does the sound emitted from the water pump changes, as the clutch attempts to engage?

  • Is there any leak?

• Conduct a orifice stream health check.
