How to Assemble the WAZER Dolly
The dolly cart is a piece of useful accessory for any workshop. You can use it to transport buckets or bags of abrasive; use it to transport buckets of water for filling or emptying the WAZER Pro; use it to transport heavy cut pieces from the material pile to the WAZER Pro. But before you can enjoy all those conveniences, you need to put together the dolly cart.
Tools Needed:
13mm wrench or socket
14mm wrench (optional)
Adjustable Wrench (optional)
Procedure
1. While unboxing, extract the Dolly Cart platform from the WAZER Pro crate. Extract the wheels, nuts and bolts from the accessory box.
You will find 4 caster wheels, and 16 sets of nuts and bolts.
2. Focus on one caster wheel first. Locate the 4 hexagonal bolt holes for anchoring one caster wheel.
3. Put the bolts through the hexagonal holes from the branded side.
Ensure the bolt’s hexagonal heads are aligned to the bolt holes
You may use a push or knock the bolt into place.
4. Flip the platform over, align the caster wheel onto the 4 protruding bolts
5. Use 13mm Fasten the caster wheel onto the bolt using 4 Nylock nuts.
6. Flip the platform over, check if the bolt heads are flush with the platform.
If not, that means the nuts are not fully tightened.
Keep tightening the nuts until the bolt heads sink into the hexagonal holes and stay flush with the platform.
7. Repeat step 3 to step 6 on the remaining 3 caster wheels.
