Water Under the Main Unit Tank
If you see water under the main unit tank there are a number of places it could be coming from. This guide will help you systematically work through all the places that may be the root cause of the leak.
Check: Were you just cleaning the main unit?
- Root Cause: Often times during cleaning it is easy to over spray and the water will drip down making it look like a leak.
- Corrective Action:Dry the area around the machine and monitor the machine before and during your next cut
Check: Did the water under the machine appear while the machine was off?
- Root Cause If there is then there is a leak in the main unit plumbing system below the sitting water level.
- Corrective Action I: Check the venturi for cracks. If there are it is likely you missed the upgrade package for you WAZER. See the guide hereContact support for the upgrade package.
- Corrective Action II: Check the Drain filter bulkhead for leaks. See guide here
- Corrective Action III: Check the the quick connections in the low pressure system for leaks. Re-seat if you find a leak
- Corrective Action IV: Check the 4 Cutting bed post bolts for leaks. If they are leaking contact support for the fix package.
Check: Does the leak occur when the Setup & Maintenance > Maintenance> Used Abr. Collect mode is active?
- Root Cause There is a leak in the main unit plumbing system that is only apparent when the system is pressurized
- Corrective Action: Check the the quick connections in the low pressure system for leaks. Re-seat if you find a leak
Check: Does the leak occur only when cutting?
- Root Cause I If you are not cutting all the way through the material and the water jet tail is spraying into one of the windows it is possible for water to get past the seals
- Corrective Action I: Follow the troubleshooting guide Unsuccessful Cut to figure out why you aren't cutting through the material.
- Root Cause II The seals at the base of the side window are no longer sealing
- Corrective Action I: Contact support for a sealing kit and further instructions
