WAZER Pro Water Inlet Filter Canister Cleaning

WAZER Pro Water Inlet filter canister is the first and most important line of defense for the high pressure system. Its 200 mesh / 74 micro filter netting blocks a large majority of the debris in the water supply. Over time the filter netting will clog and regular maintenance is needed to bring back the filter performance.

Required Tools

  • PPE (gloves, masks and eye goggles)

  • Bucket or Cups for dirty discharge water

Procedure

Visually check the condition of the filter netting inside the Filter Canister. If the netting appears to be yellow or has visible debris stuck on it, it is time to clean.

The Filter Canister has a flush function built-in. You do not need to unscrew any of the fitting to proceed with the cleaning

Remove the filter from the holder.

Point the discharge line into a bucket

Look at the top knob, turn the knob in the direction of “Flush”

At this point, the scraper on the canister body will start scraping the filter netting, and the bottom flush port will start to open.

Supply line pressure will push input water flush out the accumulated debris from the Filter canister.

After several seconds of flushing, turn the knob in the direction of “close”, till no water is coming out from the bottom port.
