General Cleaning Between Cuts
Abrasive particles are splashed everywhere during a cut. They may be stuck on the bellows and affect the smooth operation of the gantry; they may be stuck on the windows and obscure the views. It is recommended to clear the used abrasive from the cutting area right after a cut, so your next cut can be performed on a clean slate
Required Tools
Sprayer (recommended)
Paint brush
PPE (gloves, eye goggles, masks)
Procedure
After a cut is completed, remove the cut material from the cut bed
Use the attached sprayer to rinse the cut material free of dust and abrasive.
Use the attached sprayer to rinse away the abrasive particles stuck on the bellows, side windows and nozzle assemblies.
If the water level rises too high in the tank, it may trigger the high kill switch and cause the machine to power off. Press the drain button to bring the water level down to the cut bed level.
If you do not have a sprayer kit attached to the WAZER, or refrain from using the sprayer in certain areas to avoid splashes, you may use a paint brush.
Open the door window to allow the cutting area to dry up.
Put on eye protection and masks
Brush the dried abrasive back into the tank.
