General Water Sealing Inspection
Electrical and mechanical components in the WAZER cutting area are protected from water splashes. Those protections can be removed for inspection and maintenance. It is vital to ensure those protections remain intact before and after every cut
Required Tools
PPE (gloves, masks and eye goggles)
Rag or paper towel
Cable tie (if needed)
Procedure
All electronic and mechanical components in the cutting area are protected by bellows made from soft silicone rubber.
Check all bellows are properly seated onto their holders, no sections of bellows are peeling off from the holders.
The bellows includes: 4 pieces of Y axis bellows; 2 pieces of X axis bellows, and 2 piece of nozzle (Z axis) bellows
Trace the bellows from one end to the other, make sure the two ends of the bellows are not peeling of their holder, and no holes found in the middle section.
You may use the cable tie to seat the Y bellow by pressing against the side window.
After checking the bellows, move over to check the grommets. Those grommet include
Tank grommet where the high pressure hose, abrasive hose and 2 electric wires passed through near the back of the tank
Nozzle block grommet there two electric cable pass through.
Ensure all grommets are properly seated and not peeling off.
Last but not the least, check if water leaks out from two side windows.
Contacts WAZER customer support if any grommet, bellow or rubber seals are damaged.
