Pro Trade Up Desktop Packing Instruction
When you sign up for the Pro Trade-up program, you will need to ship back the desktop machines using the Pro packing material. This article instruct the user on how to safely pack the desktop using recently arrived Pro shipping materials.

Procedure
1. Prepare the packaging material
i. Pro crating Vertical Honeycomb (with instruction silkscreened)
ii. Pro Crating Abrasive Box
iii. Pro Crating Abrasive Honeycomb
iv. Pro Crating Honeycomb Shelf
2. Thoroughly clean the main unit tank, put back the red oil cap onto the pump
3. Put main unit and pump box onto the Pro crat bottom. Put in other accessories and exterior high pressure hose into the main unit.
4. Put in the bottom foams and plywood pieces previously used for Pro around the Pump box feet. These foam pieces will restrain pump box from sliding. Secure the foam piece using screws
5. Put main unit bag and pump box bag on top of the main unit and pump box (like a Pro cover)
6. Cut the Pro Crating Vertical Honeycomb on the long side along the drawing line
7. Cut the Pro crating abrasive honeycomb 120mm from one end, put it in the middle of the pump box and Desktop Main unit.
8. Put two Pro crating honeycomb shelf on both ends of the crating assembly.
9. For further protection, Please the Pro crating abrasive box on top of the whole crate assembly for better protection
10. Use the provided tape to tape up the honeycomb boards, make sure the whole structure is secured.
11. Make sure the E stop button is untouched
12. Return the Desktop Cutting Head
i. Damage to the Pro High-Pressure System will occur if Desktop cutting head is used in Pro.
13. Assemble the Pro crate side pieces around the newly packed Desktop Main unit and Pump Box
Notice
Make sure the Desktop Main Unit is cleaned with free of accumulated abrasive in the tank and hopper.
Make sure the Stand Legs are removed prior to Packing
Failure to do so will result in a $500 deduction in your trade-in value.
